Buy VTEX

We just reviewed VTEX's Q4 and fiscal year results a few days ago (see a few posts below), where I mentioned it was "not yet" cheap enough to buy. Well, thanks to a general market malaise since then, VTEX has fallen in value enough where it now DOES meet our 25% "margin-of-safety" requirement, so I'm adding it to the Buy List today!
