Six Flags Is A Green Screen Illusion

This week, Six Flags Entertainment (FUN) appeared on the "tortoise" side of the Green Screen. But, investors shouldn't be fooled - this is not a 25%+ revenue growth company. The 25% growth number is a byproduct of the recent merger of the legacy Six Flags and Cedar Fair, creating a single dominant player in U.S. regional theme parks. However, longer term, this is a low single-digit revenue growth company that is more like a REIT play, with the majority of returns coming from dividend payments. It is not really the type of company I'm looking for, and it gets a pass.
